What areas of the country do you cover? We work in all areas of the U.S. Using our nationwide network of trained, experienced field representatives, we can conduct your study in any market or outlet type you need. Even outlying areas, and C and D counties.
What outlet types have you worked in? We’ve worked in virtually every type of outlet, including supermarkets, drug stores, video stores, mass merchandisers, pet stores, home and garden centers, liquor stores, mom & pop/down the street stores, and bodegas.
Can you do Hispanic interviewing? Yes, we’ve done extensive bilingual interviews, both in-store and telephone surveys.
Can you work in any chain? Yes, in-store distribution and shelf checks are available in any chain. For in-store customer interviews, please contact us to discuss available retailers. We have relationships with many major chains across the country that enable us to conduct in-store interviews. For in-store testing, we know the best chains to use and the most receptive chains in different outlets and markets.

Can you provide statistical and multivariate analysis? Yes, we regularly provide statistical analysis for our research studies. Statistical analysis can tell you the significance of your results, identify and adjust for the influence of non-test factors in a test, and give you the confidence levels of the results.
We buy scanner sales data - why do we need distribution and shelf studies? Scanner sales data tells you if an item passed through the register within the week. It can’t tell you how much product is on the shelf, if you’re on the shelf, where your items are, and all the other important quality distribution issues that make the difference between mere distribution and sales.

How quickly can you turn around results from a study? As quickly as you need data, we’ll supply it. You can even access your report information instantly the same day it is gathered, using our online reporting system. allows you to access your report information instantly online. There is
